Louis Rouanet is Assistant Professor of Economics at the Hamilton School. His work focuses on public choice and economic history. Rouanet earned his Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University and holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Sciences Po. He serves as an associate editor at Public Choice.
