Dr. Howell Keiser Selected for Competitive Civil War Research Grant
An Assistant Professor of Humanities at Hamilton, Dr. Howell Keiser has been awarded a competitive research grant from the Virginia Center for Civil War Studies at Virginia Tech. One of only three scholars selected, Dr. Keiser will use the grant to support archival research on the Civil War era, focusing on its political, social, and institutional impact. His work continues to contribute to a deeper understanding of American history and the forces that shaped the nation.
