Professor Andrew Michta Participates in International Security Conference in Warsaw

Professor Andrew Michta represented the Hamilton School at the annual Defence24 Days conference in Warsaw, Poland, one of the largest defense and security conferences in Central and Eastern Europe.

During the two-day conference, Michta spoke on several panels focused on transatlantic relations, European security, and global strategic challenges. Among the featured discussions was a plenary session alongside the Canadian and Swedish ambassadors to Poland and Poland’s deputy foreign minister.

The conference convened international leaders from government, military, academia, and the defense industry to discuss the evolving security landscape in Europe and beyond.

In addition to participating in panel discussions, Michta engaged with policymakers, diplomats, and defense experts throughout the event, further expanding the Hamilton School’s international academic and policy presence.

Hosted annually in Warsaw, Defence24 Days serves as a major forum for conversations on NATO, European security, defense modernization, and global geopolitical challenges.
