The American Government, History, Literature, and Law major provides integrated study of traditions, laws, socioeconomic conditions, and cultural achievements that shaped American civilization. AGHLL majors will study many of the same texts and histories that formed American founders, statesmen, jurists, and artists, preparing them to lead effectively, contribute to civic life, and pursue successful careers in fields such as law, government, public service, education, and journalism.
