Congressman Cites “The Peacemaker” as Most Influential Book
Chairman John Moolenaar of the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party recently cited The Peacemaker: Ronald Reagan, the Cold War, and the World on the Brink by Hamilton School Director Dr. Will Inboden as the book that “most shaped [his] conception of the future.”
In a Politico interview published June 13, 2025, Moolenaar referenced the book in response to a question about influences on his political outlook.
This recognition highlights the growing influence of Hamilton School scholarship on key public debates and policymaking at the national level.
